Today Jesse turned 24!!!! He spent a lot of his day working on his new Jeep and then I had a surprise birthday dinner for him. He knew I was cooking but didn't know that I invited his family to celebrate with us.....(I'm so sneaky!!) Here are a few pics of the birthday boy :D
This past weekend we celebrated Christmas with my family. This was our first Christmas with the newest Woodson, Haley. We all had a great time. Here are a few pictures that I was able to get. Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas this year!
Finally I am an aunt. My brother and sister-in-law welcomed their baby girl into the world on November 1, 2009. Aiden loves his cousin and talks about her almost everyday. I was sick with what we think was the H1N1 virus when she was born but was able to visit her at a week old. Here are a few pics of Aiden holding his cousin :D
It has been awhile since I have posted anything. It has been a long and trying semester. Here are a gew pics to keep you updated.
Yesterday we spent the day at the Wyse farm. Jesse's aunt (Jackie) and her boyfriend (Brandon) and Jesse's cousin (Rose)were visiting. Here's some pics that I took.
It has been forever since I posted so here is a quick update on this Schoch household. Aiden is getting so big and has been spending most of his summer outside playing with all the neighborhood kids. We generally get a knock on the door around 9 am asking if "baby Aiden" can play. He is such an active boy! Jesse took the summer off from school, but was second-guessing that decision a week into it, he has been working his butt off between his 45-60 hours a week a FSI and all the projects that he has been doing around the house. He also took a CPR and First Aid class this summer....he just never stops. I took a class this summer, Philosophy! I thought about dropping after the second week but decided to stick to it and ended up getting a B in what the professor described as a "hard a very demanding 8 week course" I take my final class this fall and will graduate!!!!! Hope everyone is having a fun-filled summer. Here are a few pics of the things we have been able to do this summer.
It has been a tradition since Aiden was born that we go to the zoo on Mother's Day. This year we went to the Ft. Wayne Children's Zoo with my mom, step-father, brother, sister-in-law (baby in her belly) and Jesse, Aiden and I. Here are some pics.
I have the privledge right now to be a stay-st-home mom and wife. I live for my husband and son and I try to be the best for them. I love to spend time with my family and friends and so I usually can find any reason to have a get-together and cook for them.
